RESIST is a 20 minute full body workout using only resistance bands.  The breakdown is as follows:

Chest - Band Push Up
Legs - Band Squat
Back/Rear Shoulder - Band Bent Over Fly
Shoulders - Band Shoulder Press
Biceps - Band Bicep Curls
Triceps - Band Tricep Kickbacks
Abs/Core - Band Side Bend

There are 3 sets of 20 reps for each exercise with a 30 second break between sets and exercises.
