GRIT is a 30 minute full body sandbag workout to both tone and build your body. There are 2 progressively harder levels (third coming soon).  Sandbag workouts are great for anywhere, but especially good for vacations when you need equipment that takes up little space in your luggage.  An empty sandbag can easily be packed in a even the smallest suitcase.  If you are headed to a beach destination you'll have plenty of sand to fill you bag with.  If you are headed to a destination with no sand , no worries, you can purchase water bags for your sandbag and fill them at any faucet.
