3 Minute Obliques is a quick love handle killing workout using only body weight.  There are three progressively harder levels which can be used in a variety of different ways to fit your goals, time, and fitness level:

  • You can choose a level to do on its own for a quick 3 minute oblique workout 
  • You can do 3 sets of a single level with a 1 minute break between sets for a 12 minute workout
  • You can do all three levels, one after the other with a one minute break between levels for a 12 minute workout (if you choose this option try starting with level 3 first and working your way done to level 1 so you get the hardest level out of the way first
